1. Accounts and authority
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and authorized to act for the store or business whose records you manage. Provide accurate account information and keep your phone number, password and staff credentials secure.
You are responsible for the users and devices you authorize. Notify support@faybers.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Public signup does not by itself activate a store allowance; store access is subject to activation and the allowance assigned to your account.
2. What the service provides
FayPOS provides checkout, inventory, receipts, promotions, expense recording and store reports through its supported apps. Features depend on the release, permissions, configuration and connectivity. Experimental or pilot features may change as development continues.
Direct payment-terminal control, FBR integration, coordinated offline multi-till replication, restaurant workflows and other announced future features are not promises of current availability.
3. Your business records and settings
You are responsible for the accuracy of product prices, units, stock, tax settings, expenses and other information entered into FayPOS. Check receipts, reports, refunds and stock discrepancies against your actual business activity.
You remain responsible for tax obligations, customer notices, accounting and other requirements that apply to your business. FayPOS provides configurable tools and does not determine your legal tax treatment or certify regulatory compliance.
4. Offline use and synchronization
Offline operation requires prior setup and cached data, and depends on a valid employee session and available device storage. Some actions require a server connection. Pending transactions must be synchronized and reviewed for failures or conflicts.
Independent offline tills can sell the same cached stock. A later upload may be rejected and need reconciliation. Do not clear storage, reset a device or uninstall the app while unsynchronized records remain without first preserving them. Keep appropriate business records and verify recovery procedures for your devices.
5. Payments and hardware
Recording a card payment in FayPOS is not confirmation that a bank or card terminal completed the payment. Verify payment separately before recording it as received. The current service does not act as a payment processor.
Printer, scanner, operating-system and other hardware compatibility depends on the device and setup. Test the intended equipment before relying on it during store operations. Third-party services and integrations are also subject to their own terms.
6. Activation and commercial terms
Store allowance, pilot access and any charges are agreed with Faybers separately. Public signup or a free pilot does not promise permanent free access or unlimited stores. Any paid plan, renewal, cancellation or refund terms must be provided separately for that arrangement.
The current website does not collect subscription payments or automatically charge a card. Do not assume that a future feature or paid service is included unless it has been agreed.
7. Acceptable use
- Use FayPOS only for lawful business activity and information you are authorized to handle.
- Do not access another store’s records, share credentials to bypass permissions, interfere with the service, or attempt to defeat its security controls.
- Do not upload malicious content, use the service for fraud or unlawful messaging, or knowingly enter information that violates another person’s rights.
- Use integrations only within their supported permissions and the terms of the connected provider.
8. Ownership and privacy
Your store retains its rights in the business information it provides. You authorize Faybers to store, process, synchronize and back up that information as needed to provide the service. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Faybers retains its rights in FayPOS software and branding, subject to the separate licences of third-party components. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of the software or branding to you.
9. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available and may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity, hardware or software problems. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Store operators should review records and keep suitable recovery arrangements for their business.
Faybers is not responsible for losses caused by information you enter incorrectly, credentials you share without authorization, payment confirmation you fail to perform, or local records you remove before synchronization. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Access restrictions and closure
Faybers may restrict access to protect security, respond to misuse or legal requirements, or enforce agreed activation and service arrangements. Contact support@faybers.com if you believe access has been restricted in error.
You may request account closure and assistance with available exports through the same address. Access deactivation and data deletion are different actions. Record retention and deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as FayPOS develops. The date at the top identifies the published version. Separate written commercial arrangements may set additional terms for your store.
For service questions, concerns or disputes, contact Faybers at support@faybers.com so we can try to resolve them. Applicable mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
